WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Within the US, expect your item within 7-10 business days of purchase. Canada orders will get to you in 10-14 business days. International orders will get to you in 15-17 business days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: info@watchofart.com

WILL I BE PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once purchased we will send you a purchase confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Since these Canvas prints are made to order we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. ust return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to support@ikonick.com, and we will gladly refund you.

All canvas prints have a 1.5 inch depth and are available in the following sizes:

16 x 20 (Inches) 

18 x 24 (Inches)

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

Most U.S. orders are shipped via Fedex/UPS.

Order damaged upon arrival

If you received a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way email us at support@watchofart.com as soon as possible with pictures of the product/packaging. We strive to have 100% happy customers and will make sure to help you quickly whilst correcting any errors.
